Health
- Mobility Protocol: Take 30 min to improve flexibility and mobility, everyday.
- Strength: Consistency in swimming, crossfit and calisthenics to improve your conditioning.
- Sports: Dedicate to sports you love: climbing, canyoning and tennis.
Family
- Quality Time: Dedicate time for Ju and Gu in good activities.
- Parenting is Hard: Good parents show up, engage and help their kids develop!
- Safety: Protect your family, always!
Work
- Project Delivery: Stay consistent in the roadmap, with focus in consistent deliveries.
- Cost Reduction: Work towards cost reduction initiatives.
- Extra mile projects: Go beyound, delivering more than expected.
Wealth
- Emergency Fund: Create an emergency fund of R$ 100.000,00.
- Save Money: Save money consistently every month.
- Remove unnecessary expenses: Stick to a monthly budget that is healthy.
